Its been a few weeks since the madness of fashion week hit London. But we wanted to let you know about the products used on the Top Shop Unique Show. The look was created by the very talented make up artist Hannah Murray, and was very natural, just beautiful glowing skin and groomed brows. The products used to create this look were mac face and body foundation and a product from top shops own make up range – skin glow…
The glow was blended into the cheekbones, forehead, nose, cupids bow and brow bone, to create a luxurious glow! The hair and nails were also amazing on this show, gold leaf was used on the hair and egyptian hieroglyphics where painted onto the nails. Here are a couple of pics from the show….

The lovely people at tantastic recently sent us some of their instant tan to try out. And as the last few days of summer drifted away, we needed a bit of a boost, and this was the perfect thing for it! Having found a lot of instant tans a bit of a faff in the past! This was a joy – so easy to use, no mess and the perfect sun kissed shade, (the shade adjusts to each completion). It does say to hold the nozzle into the mitt when applying, follow this advice, otherwise it can be a little messy! Other than that it was a two minute job, resulting in perfect holiday skin! It really did for us beat other well known brands to be our new favourite self tanner!! And the retro packaging is fab!! Last weekend we did the make up for a beautiful bride, at a stunning wedding venue in Cornwall. For any London brides who might fancy getting wed out of town – this is definitely worth a look! Boconnoc house and estate is hidden away, set in beautiful country side, not far from Polperro. After driving down a private road it is quite surprising to find this amazing place. The views are beautiful, perfect for photos! They have a deer park and lake, creating the perfect country wedding atmosphere. The wedding party last week, had held a cricket match the day before on the green, which added perfectly to the atmosphere! We have recently discovered the fab varnishes from Nubar. We are always looking out for toxic free nail products, and these are formaldahyde free and tolune free, have been certified vegan and are not tested on animals. We have recently used them on some of our hen party bookings, and they have given fantastic results. We are especially loving the Diamont Seal and Shine top coat, which gives a sparkling finish!
